RACERS AND RACE FANS TO THE This is Round #1 of the 2007 AMA National Hare Scrambles series and the only National in California. This year will be more exciting than last! The weather will play a big part on the trails and fire roads we use. We feel this will be the best yet! First thing Saturday morning is the Formla 150cc 4-stroke Exhibition. The course will be 5-6 miles, the number of laps will be announced at the riders meeting. You must be 12 years old or older to race The course for Races #2 (Sr/SSr/Gent) and #3 (C riders) on Saturday, is usually 9-10 miles long, the number of laps will be announced at the riders meeting before the start of each race. The race will be scored by laps and you'll need a gas pit. The Sunday Main Event course is usually 10-14 miles with the number of laps to be announced at the riders meeting. You will be racing at least 2 1/2 hours, but not more than 3 1/2 hours, and you'll need a gas pit. Please sign up and get to Tech Inspection early. A sound test will be given so be prepared. A special "thank you" to the factories, and the National and Internationally ranked riders who come to join us; they make the event world-class.
